It's hard to make out that it is a bottle, maybe if the text fit the shape of the bottle so it looks more like the neck of the bottle, and is the same color as the bottle it would connect more as a whole, and if the smoke was connected from top to bottom, meaning the words look to be smoking like the bottle.
